The goal of the meeting is to put together experts in the field of out-of-equilibrium fluids in statistical physics (in particular turbulence) and degenerate quantum gases (in particular ultracold atomic gases and polariton fluids), and to address fundamental questions arising from non-equilibrium aspects.
